CHILI CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 sm. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 pkg. chili mix
2 pkgs. Jiffy cornbread mix

Brown ground meat, remove grease. Add onions, bell pepper and cook until tender. Add tomato sauce, beans and chili mix. Cook for about 20 minutes. Prepare cornbread mix according to package. Put ground meat mixture in large baking pan. Pour cornbread mix directly on top. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Top with butter. Serves about 8.
