SAUSAGE/PIZZA BREAD 
1 1/2 lb. sweet sausage
3 green peppers
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. vinegar (white)
Frozen pizza dough for 2 pizzas
Egg yolk for brushing on top of bread
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Fry sausage, drain well. Saute crisp peppers and onion. Combine all ingredients except dough and yolks. Let stand after mixing well until you are ready to use it. Roll out pizza dough for one pizza on greased table.

Roll at least 13 x 13 or better. Put 1/2 of mixture on top dough. Very carefully not to loose filling pinch ends. Put on greased cookie sheet seam down. Brush top crust with egg yolk. Repeat for second one. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

May add to ingredients anything you ordinarily eat on pizza.
