STUFFED BREAD WITH SAUSAGE 
1 loaf frozen white bread
1 lb. loose Italian sweet or hot sausage
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg

Thaw bread according to package directions. Roll thawed bread out into a rectangle. Cook and drain sausage. Spread sausage over bread. Spread Ricotta cheese over sausage. Top with Cheddar cheese. Roll up bread, place in greased baking pan. Beat egg and brush over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown.
