GRANOLA 
6 c. quick oats
1/3 c. dark brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. wheat germ
2/3 c. sunflower seed
1/4 c. sesame seed
1 1/2 c. peanuts (or any nuts)
1/2 c. dry milk
1/2 c. honey
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. raisins

Mix dry ingredients (except raisins). Mix wet ingredients separately. Add wet to dry and mix well. Put in 2 large baking dishes. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes until lightly toasted. Stir every 10 minutes during baking. Remove from oven. Stir as it cools. Crumble when cool. Add raisins. May be frozen. Makes about 3 quarts.
