DOUBLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4 oz. noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 med. tomato
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles, drain. In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and celery until meat is brown and onion and celery are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to a simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and noodles. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Slice tomato, arrange on top. Cover; bake 30 minutes.
