DOUBLE CHEESE AND CAULIFLOWER
SOUP
 
1 sm. broken cauliflower (4 c.)
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cut up
1 (5 oz.) jar sharp Cheddar cheese spread
1/2 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, rinsed and chopped
1/2 c. potato flakes or buds

Cook cauliflower in 1/2 cup water; do not drain. Combine other ingredients; cook uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in cauliflower, cook for 3 to 5 minutes more.
