DOUBLE CHEESE BROCCOLI 
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. style
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Place frozen broccoli in a baking dish. Cover and microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes or until defrosted. Stir after half defrosted. Drain well. In a bowl blend eggs, flour, salt, and onion powder. Stir in remaining ingredients and broccoli. Microwave on high 3 to 6 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture begins to set, stirring after the first 2 minutes and then after every minute. Pour into 8x8 inch baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Place on an inverted saucer and microwave 50% power 15 to 25 minutes or until set, rotating dish every 1/4 turn very 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
