BROCCOLI BREAD 
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked & finely chopped

Combine the cornbread mix, eggs, butter and cottage cheese together well. Fold in cooled, chopped broccoli. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 375 degrees until nicely browned. Recipe can be cut in half and baked in an 8 inch pan. Serve warm.
