BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained or equal amt. garden broccoli
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) quick corn muffin mix (Jiffy)

Mix butter, onion, salt, cottage cheese and broccoli and eggs. Stir in muffin mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until tests done. Cut into serving squares.
