VIRGINIA'S BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
1 1/2 c. cornmeal and flour
1 c. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
2 sm. or 1 lg. egg
1 onion, chopped fine (optional)

VARIATIONS:

1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) cottage cheese
2 c. grated cheese

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased casserole or skillet. Bake at 400 (375) degrees about 25 to 30 minutes or until brown. Do not overcook.
