PATIO TUNA SQUARES 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. water
2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) tuna, drained or 2 cans(7 1/2 oz. each) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 6 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Pat in pan, pressing dough 1/2 inch up sides. Mix remaining ingredients; spread over dough. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake until edges are light brown, about 30 minutes. 9 servings.
