BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed, drained
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese

Mix well all ingredients, except cottage cheese. Lightly stir in cottage cheese. Pour into greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
