1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (10 oz.) box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients. Stir well. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve while hot.
