1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 sm. onion, minced
1 box frozen broccoli, thawed and drained

Mix all the ingredients except the muffin mix together. Then add the muffin mix last. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees in greased pan or baking dish round or oblong.
