2 c. strawberries, sliced or whole
1 baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. strawberry Jello
Few drops red food coloring
1 c. water

Place strawberries in pie shell. Cook sugar, cornstarch, Jello, coloring and water until thick. Pour over strawberries. Garnish with additional strawberries. Chill about 2 hours.
