EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onions, optional
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
2 (6-8 oz.) mozzarella
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1/2 c. Parmesan

Brown meat and onions. Drain off excess grease. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer. Boil noodles according to package directions. In 12 x 8 inch pan layer 1/2 noodles, meat sauce, Parmesan, Velveeta and mozzarella. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
