PIZZA FRUIT PIE 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

CRUST: Soften butter. Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Blend in flour. Press in bottom of pizza pan or square pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.

VANILLA FILLING:

1 (10 oz.) vanilla chips
1/4 c. milk or cream

Melt above in microwave until soft. Beat in cream cheese (8 ounces). Spread on cool crust. Cut up any fruit and put on top: peaches, blueberries, drained pineapple chunks, strawberries, etc. Press with hand fruit down on crust. Take 3 to 4 tablespoons apricot or peach preserves and add a little water, heat in microwave to thin. Brush on top of pizza. This can be made ahead.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
