PIZZA FRUIT PIE 
CRUST:

1 Pillsbury cookie dough

Spray pizza pan with Pam or butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes; let cool.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until spreadable. Spread on cookie crust.

TOPPING:

1 can pineapple chunks

Drain and keep juice. Top with pineapple chunks and assorted fruits of your choice (Kiwi, bananas, peaches, grapes, and strawberries)

GLAZE:

Reserved pineapple juice (add enough water to make 1 c.)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook until thick; cool. Then spoon over top of pie. Chill 2-4 hours before serving.
