QUICK FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerator sugar cookie dough
1/2 c. sugar
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained

Spread cookie dough on lightly greased pizza pan. Bake using package directions. Cream sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in bowl until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on filling just before serving.

GLAZE FOR TOP:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch

May add any other favorite fruit such as strawberries, kiwi fruit or bananas.
