FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

FILLING:

1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 pkg. softened cream cheese

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch

1/4 c. blueberries
1 kiwi
1 sm. can pineapple
1 ripe peach

Blend butter and powdered sugar together until smooth, then add 1 1/2 cups flour, a little at a time. Roll onto round pizza pan form to edge. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Prepare pudding as directed then blend in soft cream cheese, blend until smooth. Spread thin layer of filling over crust. Slice peach, arrange fruit on crust.

Cook remaining ingredients until bubbly over medium heat. It will thicken. Cool slightly then pour over pizza. Cool in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Serves 8-10.
