FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
Bring 8 ounce cream cheese to room temperature.

PIZZA CRUST:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter (softened)
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix and spread in pizza pan (lightly buttered). Bake 10-15 minutes at 300 until lightly browned.

Mix cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla and spread on cooled crust.

Arrange sliced fruit over cream cheese (kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, banana, grapes, whatever). Pour glaze over fruit.

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice (add water if you don't have enough)
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook and stir until thickened and clear.
