FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
GLAZE:

2 1/4 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/5 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. prepared orange juice

Blend cornstarch and sugar. Add water, lemon juice and orange juice; mix. Boil 1 minute. Set aside to cool.

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. soft butter

Mix until crumbly. Pat in pizza pan or 11 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Watch carefully - it browns very quickly. Cool.

FILLING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (lite works well)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread on cooled crust; add rows of fruit. Pour glaze over all. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Fruit options: Kiwi, strawberries, bananas, grapes, blueberries, peaches, etc. Fruit keeps well because of the orange and lemon juice in the glaze.
