PASTEL PARTY PIE | |
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello gelatin (any flavor) 1 1/4 c. boiling water 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1 baked 8 inch pie shell (crumb or pastry, cooled) 1 c. prepared whipped topping Dissolve Jello in water. Spoon in ice cream and stir until melted and smooth. Pour into pie shell. Cool until firm (at least 1 1/2 hours). Spread topping over pie. Garnish with fruit to match flavor (i.e. strawberries for strawberry pie). |
