BAKED CHOP SUEY 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Chinese vegetables
1 c. bean sprouts
8 oz. can mushrooms
2 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. celery, cut up
1 c. water
1 c. long cooking rice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar

Brown hamburger; drain. Mix all ingredients together. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with Chinese noodles the last 20 minutes.
