PUFFS 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
4 eggs

Add salt to flour and stir. Bring butter and water to boil over medium heat. Add dry ingredients quickly. Beat until mixture leaves side of pan. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time. Beat until smooth after each addition. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 15 more minutes. Cool on rack. When cool, cut a small piece from the top and fill with chicken salad, cheese, or ham salad, or your favorite spread or sweet filling. Put top on after filling. Makes wonderful snack.
