SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 lb. peeled shrimp (fresh)
2 tsp. Lea & Perrins
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sherry
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. parsley, finely chopped

Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Melt butter in shallow pan over low heat. Add Lea & Perrins, sherry, garlic, lemon juice and sugar; mix well. Add shrimp and spoon sauce over shrimp. Broil at low for 8 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes. Sprinkle parsley over shrimp. Broil at high heat for 30 minutes.
