BLIZZARD SNACKS
YOU CAN ONLY MAKE THIS DURING A BLIZZARD OR DURING OTHER SUITABLY GRIM AND FROSTBITTEN WEATHER CONDITIONS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE AT ANY OTHER TIME OR I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESULTS!

Fresh Snow (MUST be fresh)
Flamin Hot Cheetos (be careful to make sure they don't melt the snow)
Milk of any kind (really it doesn't matter just get some milk, try to freeze it)
As much sugar as you can possibly hold with your greasy little hands
like a dozen saltines or so, depending on how big you want it to be

Lay down a saltine square, use exactly one third of the saltines you have set aside. Crush the flamin' hot cheetos in a food processor until they resemble breadcrumbs. Take your frozen milk cubes and arrange them into a pleasing shape (perhaps an igloo), you can use the other two thirds of your saltines as props to keep the milk in shape. Coat literally everything in as much sugar as you're willing to consume. Sprinkle flamin' hot cheeto dust onto your creation. Make sure that the heat doesn't melt anything! Serve on a plate (must be a plate), surrounded by fresh snow. The snow will cool the flamin' heat and bring a touch of the outdoor cold to your living room.

Your kids will LOVE this recipe, I know mine do.
