ROAST AND GRAVY AS TOLD TO ME BY

Roast
Salt
Garlic salt
Onion, sliced
Toothpicks

Sprinkle salt and garlic salt on roast. Cover roast with sliced onions, held in place with toothpicks. Cook 1 hour at 375 degrees. Then drop off the onion slices and cook another 1/2hour at 350 degrees.

GRAVY:

1 glass water
Ketchup
1 tbsp. flour
1 jar beef gravy

Remove the roast and add a glass of water, a few good shakes of ketchup, ("ketchup?" - "Do you want it to taste good?" - "Yes" - "Then add the ketchup" - "Okay" - Now can I finish?" - "Okay"), 1 tablespoon flour, and 1 jar of beef gravy into the drippings. Heat and stir until thick.
