1 (3-4 lb.) roast
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water

Sprinkle dry soup mix over roast. Add soup and water. Bake in a covered dish at 325 degrees for 3 hours or UNTIL TENDER. (Gravy is good over mashed potatoes).
