3 lbs. chuck or round roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can water

Place 1/2 can soup and 1/2 package dry mix in bottom of casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Add meat. Add remainder of mushroom soup and dry soup mix. Add water around roast. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
