Med. beef roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 cans water

Place roast in deep covered casserole and pour soup and water over it. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours or until tender. If roast is not covered with gravy, turn it over about half through cooking. Delicious roast and gravy.
