POT ROAST WITH GRAVY | |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup 4 lb. rump roast 2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 lg. onion, sliced 12 med. carrots, quartered 10 med. potatoes, quartered Put meat in covered roaster pan. Add salt and pepper. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Add potatoes, onions and carrots. Add mushroom soup. Return to oven and cook covered until meat and vegetables are tender. |
