POT ROAST AND GRAVY | |
3 1/3 to 5 lbs. rump roast 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 packets (1 box) Lipton's beefy onion soup mix In medium mixing bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, beefy onion soup, 2 soup cans of water until well blended. Place roast in deep roasting pan. Pour soup mixture over roast (this will serve as gravy, when roast is finished cooking). Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 4 to 5 hours or until meat is tender. |
