POT ROAST AND GRAVY | |
3-4 lb. beef roast 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. onion soup mix Brown meat in electric frying pan. Remove from pan and mix the onion soup according to the package directions. Mix mushroom soup with 1 can water. Put the meat back in the pan and cook until tender. You can add carrots and potatoes cut into small pieces during the last 1/2 hour of cooking. |
