CINNAMON & SUGAR COATED PECANS 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
5 tbsp. water
2 1/2 c. pecans

Bring mixture to a boil for 2 minutes. Pour 2 1/2 cups pecan halves into the mixture. Stir to coat well. Spoon out onto wax paper to dry. Store in tight container.
