ROSA LEAH'S SALSA 
1/4 c. cilantro
1/2 c. canned green chili, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green bell peppers
1/2 c. chopped scallion
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. red bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. yellow bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes

Chop all ingredients into small cubes or big chunks. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Make sure to add the juice from the canned green chili. The chili can be mild or hot. Serve with chips or top a favorite dish. Or saute with butter and serve with any kind of meat. Yield: 4 cups.
