RANCH BREADED CHICKEN 
1 (16 oz.) bottle Ranch dressing (buttermilk style is best)
1 pkg. chicken breasts (I prefer boneless chicken)
Goya adobo seasoning, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Wash chicken under running water, pat to dry.

In small bowl pour contents of Ranch dressing. On plate, pour bread crumbs, season bread crumbs with adobo.

Place chicken, piece by piece, in bowl of Ranch dressing then coat in seasoned bread crumbs. Transfer seasoned breaded chicken to glass Pyrex pans (do not spray, butter or oil the pans; more healthy!).

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until done (test with meat thermometer; 165°F).

Variation: Works with thighs or drumsticks too.
