SUPER SPUD CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, uncooked & partially thawed
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of potato soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine first four ingredients. Turn into a buttered 9"x13" glass baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
