RICE CUSTARD PUDDING | |
2 eggs 1/3 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. milk 1 c. cooked rice 1/3 c. raisins, rinsed in hot water & drained Beat eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl just enough to combine yolks and whites. Add sugar and raisins. Gradually beat in milk. Stir in cooked rice. Turn into lightly buttered casserole. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until done. |
