TATER - TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion (more or less)

Brown in skillet and drain. Grease casserole dish, spread beef mixture in bottom of dish. Cover with cheese slices (Velveeta or any kind). Mix together:

1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk

Pour over cheese layer. Top with tater tots. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (No need to salt this dish at all.)
