GROUND BEEF TATER TOT CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef (chuck) 1 can celery soup 1 can water 1 pkg. tater tots 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated 1 lg. onion 2 tsp. butter 1 bell pepper Saute 1 large onion and 1 bell pepper in 2 tsp. butter. Saute meat, drain off grease; mix with onion and bell pepper. Grease casserole then put a layer of tater tots, a layer of meat, and a layer of cheese; repeat a second layer of each. Mix 1 can of celery soup and 1 can of water pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. |
