2 lbs. hamburger or ground beef
1 tbsp. shortening or oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. tater tots

Partially brown meat in shortening. Salt and pepper to taste and stir until brown. Put meat in a casserole and add soups, mixing well. Cover with tater tots until 2" or 3" thick on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
