COOKED WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
1 to 1 1/2 c. milk in saucepan

Dissolve in milk 1 1/2 heaping tablespoons cornstarch. Stir and cook until pasty like pudding. COOL IT! Mix: 1/2 c. Crisco

Beat it and cream. Add cool mixture and turn beater on high and beat. (If it won't beat up, add more Crisco.) Add flavoring.
