WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. solid shortening
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Blend flour and milk; cook slowly stirring constantly until thick. Cool. Cream shortening and sugar. Combine with flour and milk and beat 4 minutes. Add vanilla and salt and beat a few more minutes.
