FROZEN COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 grated carrot
1 finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix salt with shredded cabbage and let sit 1 hour. Then squeeze out excess moisture. Add carrot and pepper. Pour dressing over and freeze.

DRESSING:

1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Combine ingredients and boil 1 minute; cool to lukewarm.
