FROZEN COLE SLAW 
1 c. celery
1 med. head cabbage
1 carrot
1 green pepper

Grate or chop. Mix and let stand 1 hour then squeeze out water.

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Boil 1 minute and let cool. Pour over slaw and mix. Freeze in serving size desired.
