ORANGE POUND CAKE 
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
5 eggs
5 tbsp. orange juice
2 c. cake flour

Cream sugar and shortening. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Add orange juice, beat well. Add flour, beat well. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.

Bake at 325°F for one hour or until done.

Yields 15 servings.
