ASPARAGUS SUPREME | |
4 c. fresh asparagus or 2 oz. pkg. frozen 1 (10 3/4 oz.) canned condensed milk 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. shredded carrots 1 tsp. grated onion 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix (cooked) 1 tbsp. butter, melted Cook asparagus. Drain well. Combine milk, sour cream, carrots, onion and pepper. Fold in asparagus. Turn into 1 quart baking dish. Combine stuffing mix and melted butter. Frame around edge of asparagus mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4-6. |
