INDIVIDUAL CHEESECAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
Vanilla wafers
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cherry pie filling

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Using foil lined cupcake papers, invert a vanilla wafer in the bottom and fill 3/4 full with mixture. Fill top of cheesecake with cherry pie filling and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 18 individual cakes.
