CRUNCHY CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts
1 head red cabbage
1 pkg. Ramen noodles
5 green onions
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Bake chicken in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is completely done. Cut cabbage in half and shred; may also be chopped for finer texture. Chop chicken and onions and add to cabbage mixture. May be refrigerated overnight, if desired. Add noodles with chicken mixture and sesame seeds just before serving. Mix salad with dressing and serve with crackers.

Dressing:

2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken salad just before serving. May be mixed and refrigerated overnight.
